Experience
Experience Required is 1-1.5 years
Responsibilities
1. A strong understanding of baking and cooking is essential.
2. Develop new plant-based and clean-label food products regularly, ensuring the availability and cost-effectiveness of ingredients. Prioritize quality and safety, seeking alternatives to harmful ingredients.
3. Maintain documentation and organize recipes and data through reports.
4. Conduct sensory evaluations with consumers for new products.
5. Improve product recipes based on sensory testing and consumer feedback.
6. Calculate shelf life and nutritional profiles for selected products.
7. Excellent in Excel, Google, and PowerPoint.
8. Research products, markets, and technology to enhance existing brand and product offerings.
9. Familiarity with product labeling according to FSSAI regulations.
10. Calculate costs for new products.
11. Coordinate with vendors for raw material purchases, laboratory testing, courier services, and sample distribution.
12. Collaborate with packaging and manufacturing vendors.
13. Travel to various cities for vendor meetings related to new product development.
