• Department: Quality Assurance

• Reporting To: QA Manager / Regional QA Lead

Role Purpose

The QA Executive will be responsible for maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across assigned cloud kitchens. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring FSMS, HACCP, GMP/GHP, and SOPs to ensure customer safety and compliance with FSSAI and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Food Safety & Hygiene Monitoring

• Conduct daily and weekly hygiene audits at kitchen locations.
• Ensure timely closure of audit gaps and non-compliances.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation practices, including chemical concentration checks.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure proper pest control practices and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify raw material quality, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Monitor temperature controls for chillers, freezers, and hot holding units.

SOP & Documentation

• Ensure SOP compliance for cooking, cooling, reheating, and food dispatch.
• Maintain records such as temperature logs, cleaning schedules, receiving checklists, and pest control reports.

Audits & Customer Complaints

• Support FSSAI and internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Training & Coordination

• Train kitchen staff on hygiene, allergen awareness, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention.
• Coordinate with Operations teams and share audit performance and closure reports.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, GMP/GHP, and FSSAI regulations.
• Understanding of cloud kitchen operations.
• Good auditing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and handle compliance requirements.
