Role Overview

Position: Executive – Quality

Location: Bhopal

Shift: Night Shift (Preferably Male Candidates)

Experience: 0–1 years (Preferably in the food industry)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or
• Master’s degree in a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and apply quality management systems such as ISO 22000:2018, GMP, GHP, GSP, and HACCP.
• Implement quality tools and maintain food safety standards across operations.
• Perform analytical testing of food products.
• Identify gaps in quality and suggest steps for improvement.
• Update and maintain daily quality documentation, procedures, and protocols.
• Prepare daily QC reports and communicate updates through email.
• Use ERP systems for quality reporting (an added advantage).
• Conduct routine inspections of production lines, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide basic training to staff on quality procedures and food safety practices.
• Assist teams in understanding and following quality guidelines.
• Carry out daily sensory evaluation of products.
• Verify reference samples and check every batch as per standards.
• Monitor production processes regularly to ensure consistency.
• Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for customer or internal complaints.
• Implement corrective measures based on findings.
• Conduct daily inspection of incoming raw materials.
• Ensure materials meet the required safety and compliance standards.
