What Are the Main Topics (Problem Statements)?
Startups can apply if they are working on these four topics:
- Smart or Eco-Friendly Packaging: Creating packaging that is safe for the environment or keeps food fresh for longer.
- AI and Sensors for Small Food Businesses: Using technology to help small food companies work faster, better, and with less waste.
- New Protein Sources with Better Nutrition: Making healthy protein from plants, fungi, or lab-grown methods with all the important nutrients.
- Food Safety and Tracking Systems: Building tools to make sure food is safe and can be tracked from factory to plate.
